These practices are for moments when life feels full - when there’s a lot to hold, think about, or stay on top of.
Meditation offers a simple way to pause, come back to yourself, and meet what’s here with a little more steadiness. Sometimes that means resting with the breath or body. Sometimes it’s noticing thoughts or emotions without needing to fix them.
No pressure to do it perfectly.
Just an invitation to practice meeting things as they are.
