I work at the intersection of high-pressure professional life and deep rest.
Alongside a long career in global creative leadership, I teach mindfulness, meditation, and nervous-system-aware practices for people who carry a lot - responsibility, ambition, expectation - and are quietly running on empty.
I don’t teach escape.
I teach how to stay steady inside real life.
WHY MY STORY MATTERS TO YOU:
I didn’t arrive at this work by stepping away from pressure - I arrived by living inside it.
For years, I navigated demanding leadership roles while trying to “do wellbeing properly”: exercising, eating well, staying productive, staying composed. From the outside, it looked fine. Internally, it often felt unsustainable.
What changed wasn’t more discipline or better optimisation.
It was learning how to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
That shift - from pushing through to building capacity - is what shapes everything I share here.
