I want to help as many people as I can manage their stress and anxiety levels, so they can truly make an impact in the world from a more connected place within. 

I’ve lived it myself: straddling both the wellness and creative industries, I’ve learned the importance of creating harmony in mind and body in order to show up fully, able to stress less yet accomplish more.

I’m available for speaking opportunities to share my story and to teach others the skills, tools and mindsets needed to navigate the demands of a busy, full life… so they can be truly EMPOWERED.


Stress in the Workplace

The link between high levels of stress can lead to absenteeism, disengagement and low productivity. 

  • According to the Mental Health Foundation’s 2018 study: 74% of people in the UK have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope.

  • According to the American Institute of Stress’ survey: 80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help.

I’m passionate about helping more people break down the internal barriers that are stopping them from reaching their full potential.

Stress, and workplace stress, is one of these major hurdles.

Whether it’s not knowing when and where to draw boundaries, juggling too many things between work and life, relentless striving for the next thing without knowing when to stop or take a break... Or managing the anxiety of not being “good enough” and having to prove one’s self... People need to be given the tools that allow them to connect with themselves, so they can go on to achieve so much more.


How Can I Help?

Key to my mission is getting up in front of audiences with talks, presentations and workshops that break down into bite-size pieces how to take care of their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

 Whether it's bringing an impactful new perspective to the mindsets you need to deal with the daily overwhelm, or delivering a strategy-laden keynote that breaks down practical steps for creating time to do the things that matter, I'm the speaker for you.

Here’s how I can help:

  • Wellness talks and workshops around stress and anxiety management, work-life balance, and how to keep up healthy habits even through the busiest of times.

  • I understand the creative and advertising industries exceptionally well and audiences have included ad agencies like Wieden+Kennedy’s Amsterdam and New York offices, tech company Uber, production company Caviar, and creative networks like Creative Jam Sessions.

  • Talks are either presentations or workshop format with handouts so attendees stay engaged through the process.

  • Sessions can happen in-person, or remotely via Zoom and even over Instagram or Facebook Live.

I led a wellness workshop at Uber's Women Leaders' Summit for the EMEA region in 2023 - teaching how to tune into and lead from your Authentic Self. I shared ancient practices like breathwork and yoga nidra adapted for a busy, modern life - people couldn't wait to have a lie down!

  • I’m relatable, honest, and have a sense of humour. So even though I love science and research stats, I always weave in stories and personal anecdotes to keep it light.

  • I have a Mindful Living YouTube channel and used to be a TV Presenter eons ago. I’ve done on-camera interviews with the likes of Britney Spears, The Backstreet Boys and The Corrs (yes, I am THAT old!) I’ve hosted a radio show and also presented at events with thousands in the crowd. I love public speaking and being able to engage an audience, no matter how intimate or large.
