About Jaime
Jaime Tan is a meditation and yoga nidra teacher and a global creative leader, based in Zurich.
Alongside her work leading production teams within a large international organisation, she teaches mindfulness and restorative practices for people navigating demanding professional lives.
Her work sits at the intersection of contemplative practice and real-world leadership - shaped by years inside high-pressure environments, and informed by what it actually takes to stay grounded, clear, and well over the long term.
