Meditate With Me
Meditation is a great way to learn to manage stress. Often, when life gets busy, our thoughts become a jumbled soup, anxiety levels are high and sometimes this can make things spiral and seem worse than they are.
I’ve found my meditation practice a great way to help me turn my attention to this present moment. Whether it’s focusing on the breath, noticing body sensations, or even acknowledging the thoughts or emotions that are present… we lean into the things that are difficult, and learn to sit with them so that we can move through them.
