But with that busy life also comes: missing meals, quick meals on-the-go, sometimes not the healthiest options.

You can’t remember when was the last time you had deep sleep, thoughts still racing through your head as you lay in bed at night.

You’re working out occasionally but can’t seem to get into a routine, or maybe when you do, sometimes that seems to tire you out even further. Exercise is supposed to help. Isn’t it?

To top it all off… you’re starting to feel “middle age” (horrible term, ugh!) creeping up… As much as you’re denying it, you know secretly that you probably need to start watching what you eat and taking better care of yourself.

You’re bombarded with conflicting advice about nutrition and fitness. Should you be vegan, paleo, keto, gluten-free? 

Should you be doing power training like weights or endurance training like running, or is it a combo of HIIT, TABATA, or do you just stick with yoga and pilates, all day, errday?

You know meditation is supposed to help, but you haven’t really got past the first 10 days of the Headspace app.

Maybe you’ve even dabbled in some of these diets or trainings, but nothing’s worked, or nothing has stuck… and you’re terrified the more confused you get, the less you’re doing, all the while watching that little muffin top-belly over your underpants slowly start to get bigger and bigger…

Over 12 weeks together, you will learn to master three vital pillars that help you stress less while achieving more: 

  • Mind 

What supports your mental wellbeing? We’ll work on the mental aspects, including managing past/ future/ present thoughts, and learning to be with the present experience. We’ll also work on mindset - uncovering any mental blocks or patterns that might be getting in the way of you living a well-balanced life.

  • Body

What supports your physical wellbeing? The physical aspects of “good health” include good nutrition and fitness. We’ll work on what are the “right” foods and movement practices that work for YOU, rather than what the next fad diet or training is. All without counting calories, nor spending loads of time in the kitchen or gym.

  • Soul

What supports your emotional wellbeing? We’ll discover what “connection to Self” means to you, and along with that your “connection with others” too. We’ll work on the things you do to nourish yourself for “me time” or self-care, and learn to protect your personal energy/ boundary, so that you can show up to help others from a more fully present space.

I’m a wellness coach, nutritional therapist and yoga + meditation teacher. I’m also an Executive Producer at Wieden + Kennedy, Amsterdam, one of the best ad agencies in the world.

Straddling both wellness and creative industries, I understand the importance of creating harmony for your mind and body.

During our time together, we’ll cover: 

Mind

  • Morning routines - the power of change comes through our daily routines, we’ll work on how you power-up your days to help keep your mental focus sharp.

  • Evening routines - we’ll also look at how you power-down your days in order to get your mind and body ready to welcome a deep, restful sleep.

  • Mindfulness - encompassing a mindful approach to everything you do in life. This also includes mindfulness techniques like simple breathing exercises that can help centre and ground you out of high-anxiety. You’ll also have recordings you can access any time during your busy day.

Body 

  • Nutrition - we’ll look at what your current diet looks like, and make adjustments based on what you need to meet your health goals - no calorie-counting, ever. If you need meal plans, shopping lists, recipes - these can be provided. If having that much structure stresses you out, we’ll work on more practical day-to-day tips like how to actually read food labels so you know how to navigate meals on-the-go and what to order at those client dinners. You’ll learn to make conscious food choices that nourish and make you feel better, not rob you of more energy.

  • Movement - we’ll look at what activities you enjoy and continue working more of that into your busy schedule. We’ll assess whether the current workouts you’re doing are helping or actually draining you even more, and what else you can do instead to support your high-stress life.

  • Sleep - we’ll work on helping you get deeper, more restful sleep, so you finally wake up feeling refreshed and energised.

Soul

  • Connect with Self - we’ll work on what you enjoy doing to take care of yourself, and how to build in more of those moments regularly, even through the busiest of times.

  • Connect with others - we’ll work on how you enjoy connecting with your loved ones and community, and how to include more of those moments.

  • Having fun - too often in the busy pursuit of your career, you’ve forgotten about the pleasurable moments in life. We’ll explore what are the activities that light up all your five senses, and how you can bring more joy into your life.

Personal Rituals

These three vital pillars of mind, body, soul are the foundation to showing up as your “best self” - so you can stress less yet accomplish more.

Together, we’ll create and design your personal rituals around each pillar so they fit into your busy schedule. Your schedule keeps changing? You’ll learn how to pivot along with those changes too.

8 x 1 hour one-to-one coaching calls 
Online or in-person (Amsterdam only)

Every coaching session will leave you with clear action steps to take, with detailed notes or relevant handouts sent to you after. You will also have an accountability form after each session to keep you on track.

At the start and midway through the program, you will be required to keep a food diary, so we can uncover where you’re currently at and track your progress.
