5 Good Things: 2025 Monthly Emails
/Every first Sunday of the month, I send out an email with “5 Good Things” to help you live a little more mindfully.
I share my attempts to take my yoga and meditation practices from-the-mat and out into life, as well as the apps, books, podcasts, products I’ve come across that have helped me live a little more intentionally.
Read a preview of this August 2025 email.
This Month’s Summary:
It’s been a heavy couple of months. Between helping my ageing parents move house in Singapore and navigating all the emotions that came with it, I needed time to pause — and simply get through it.
This month’s note is a gentle return to creative rhythms, and a reminder that sometimes, space is the most healing thing we can give ourselves.
Inside, you’ll find:
What the past two months have really looked like - emotionally, physically, mentally
How mindfulness supported me through overwhelm, grief, and frustration
Why rest, boundaries, and silence are sometimes the best medicine
5 small grounding practices that softened the edges
A journal prompt to help you reflect on what you need when life feels too full
