5 Good Things: 2025 Monthly Emails

Every first Sunday of the month, I send out an email with “5 Good Things” to help you live a little more mindfully.

I share my attempts to take my yoga and meditation practices from-the-mat and out into life, as well as the apps, books, podcasts, products I’ve come across that have helped me live a little more intentionally.

This Month’s Summary:

It’s been a heavy couple of months. Between helping my ageing parents move house in Singapore and navigating all the emotions that came with it, I needed time to pause — and simply get through it.
