A Gentle Reset You Can Take at Home
/Lately, I’ve been noticing a familiar pattern - both in myself and in the people I work with.
We know we need rest.
We feel the signs of fatigue or overwhelm.
But the idea of doing something about it feels like too much.
Taking time off isn’t always realistic.
Going away on retreat isn’t always possible.
And even “self-care” can start to feel vague, heavy, or like another thing to manage.
That’s why I said yes to being part of the Creative Self-Care Summit.
Why this summit is genuinely supportive
The summit is a free, 3-day virtual experience (February 17–19) focused on creativity as a way to rest, regulate, and reconnect - from home.
What I appreciate most about it is that it doesn’t ask you to:
be productive
improve yourself
push through
or “get it right”
Instead, it offers gentle, creative practices that support the nervous system - things like journaling, painting, stitching, and simple rituals - all approached with curiosity rather than pressure.
This kind of creativity isn’t about making something impressive.
It’s about how it feels to make.
For many people, especially those navigating full lives, shifting energy, or periods of change, creativity can become a quiet anchor - a way to soften, process, and come back to yourself in small, doable moments.
My contribution: creating a personal retreat at home
As part of the summit, I’m sharing a session called:
Creating a Personal Retreat at Home
A simple framework for deep rest & reset
It’s designed for those moments when:
you know you need rest, but don’t know where to start
the idea of “self-care” feels overwhelming or unclear
leaving home (or taking time off) isn’t an option
I’ll walk through a simple, repeatable framework you can return to whenever you need grounding - whether that’s a quiet Sunday, a work-from-home morning, or a low-energy evening.
An invitation, not an obligation
You can register for the summit for free, and join as much or as little as feels right.
There’s also an optional paid VIP All-Access Pass with lifetime replays and creative bonuses for those who prefer to move at their own pace. If you choose that option, I receive a small referral commission - and I only share things like this when I genuinely believe they can support my community.
If life has felt full, loud, or demanding lately, consider this a gentle invitation.
Not to do more.
But to pause.
To create.
To soften - without having to earn it.
