20 Minute Yoga for STRESS + ANXIETY relief
/This is a short yoga session for stress and anxiety relief in just under 20 minutes. Using a breathing technique by neuroscientist, Dr. Andrew Huberman, to help reduce the stress response - we enhance the stress and anxiety-relieving effects of this practice on mind and body. We use 2 blocks in this session - but you can also use pillows or your sofa cushions for more support.
