[ EPISODE 1 ] Livestream Guided Meditation: Get Out of Your Head, Into Your Heart

Last Monday’s livestream guided meditation is live! So you can access it whenever you need a little mind break.

The theme is “Get out of your head, into your heart” - with two practical techniques you can do little and often throughout your day to reduce stress, anxiety and nervous tension.

The practice itself is about 15 minutes, which starts at the 9-minute mark. If you’re new to meditation, the intro before the practice might be helpful to set yourself up.

Video quality isn’t the best, but the audio recording is great with my mic, and that’s what’s most important. Put your earphones on for full concentration!
