Yin Yoga: Grounding Practice (for life changes) | 30 minutes

This yin yoga practice is a good one for whether we're going through seasonal or life changes.

Take the next 30 minutes to re-center, re-balance and find your grounding again. We'll use props so you feel supported - I have links to my fave props below. But you can create your own props with pillow, blankets or towels and I’ll show you how.

You can practice this at any time of day - morning, afternoon, evening or bedtime - whenever you feel a little more support through life changes.
