10-Minute Meditation (no guidance, with water sounds)
/This 10-minute meditation has little to no guidance - just one bell to open, one bell to close and very minimal cues to set you up at the start. This is great to meditate with first thing in the morning, or any time you need a mental break from work.
If you're ready to level up from my 5-minute no-guidance meditation, we start by adding on another 5 minutes here. This one is perfect to start off your meditation practice in the samata or mindfulness way.
