20 Minute Yin Yoga Restorative Flow After Work to Destress

This 20-minute yin yoga is a great restorative flow to do after a long day at work, to help you destress. Nothing beats a loooong juicy Yin class, but sometimes when you just don’t have the time, 20 minutes of deep work into the spine and hips after work or before bedtime is better than nothing!

Yin yoga is more inward, reflective, slowed down...so it’s great to balance a dynamic Yang practice out with something more quiet and restorative. In Yin, we do a lot less poses, but we hold them for longer. It's a perfect way to end your work day in these 20 minutes to destress!
