I’m super pleased and excited to announce that after much dreaming, planning and building… I’ve created an event together with a life coach friend of mine, that’s going to knock your socks off!
Through all my years of teaching yoga and seeing nutrition clients, I’ve realised that while most people might have bits and pieces of knowledge of what they “should” or “shouldn’t” be doing (I don’t like the word “should” as there’s an inherent judgment within it, but that’s another post for another time), most people don’t really have a framework to tie it all together… or at least see how all the little pieces start to fit together in the bigger picture.
That’s why Eleni Meraki and I decided to hold a one-day retreat together, to help you stay connected and balanced in your everyday life.
What does it mean to reconnect?

We all crave balance in our busy lives, yet it seems so hard to accomplish this. The aim of our one-day retreat is to create a place where you can reconnect, reset and re-evaluate all areas of your life and learn how to bring balance and harmony back to your outside as well as inside worlds.
Using a workshop format, we’ll be working on all levels of your being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

There’s no fluff here - we’re two women, Eleni Meraki and Jaime Tan who have worked in (and still working in) fast-paced corporate environments, while also training and teaching health, wellness and personal development.
Eleni is a hypnotherapist and women’s coach, founder of storytelling platform Guts & Tales and the women’s transformational program Be Your Own Muse. She exchanged her fast-paced corporate career and life in Amsterdam to live a life more true to herself, doing what she loves, in Greece.
Jaime is the founder of Enlightened Spoon - a naturopathic nutritionist, yoga teacher and reiki master; whilst also being a full-time Executive Producer in the advertising industry. She uses all her training in holistic health to keep her sanity in ad-land, and now also teaches others how to find balance on their own terms.
We combine our experience and expertise to offer you a well-rounded view and holistic perspective on health and wellbeing. And… a practical framework you can easily incorporate into your demanding lifestyle. Just like we do in ours!

Can men come to Reconnect Day Retreat?
Yes! Most of our attendees are women, but men are absolutely welcome. You might even get special treatment!
Will there be opportunities for socialising?
Yes we have a lunch break and tea breaks in between each session, so you'll have lots of time to socialise in between. The event is also planned as a workshop format, so there will be time to share with each other too.
Can I bring my partner?
Of course - as long as they buy a ticket if they're attending the event itself.
What is the refund policy?
Please be advised that if you are unable to attend the event we are unable to offer refunds, transfers to a digital ticket or credits for a future event. If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket as long as we have at least 24 hours notice of the name of your replacement and any dietary requirements. Please email this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to make the event, you may transfer your ticket to a friend/colleague. Just drop us a line at least 24 hours before the event with their name (and dietary requirements).
Can I pay in instalments?
Is there an alternative method of payment?
Automating registration and payment via Eventbrite helps us keep ticket prices down so that is our preferred method of payment.
What if I don't have/ don't want to use PayPal?
You don't need to have a PayPal account to buy a ticket for this event. When you get to the checkout select
'checkout as guest' and you'll be able to enter your credit or debit card details as normal.
